My pieces have collected dirt and have lost their sparkle, how can I regain their shine?

  • No worries at all! This is normal with all jewellry, and you can simply polish your pieces back up with the methods I have personally tested. These methods are listed on the Jewellry Maintenance page.

My pieces are showing signs of tarnish, how can I remove the dullness?

  • Don't stress! Through my trial and error process of testing my products through my own personal sport competition, high intensity interval training sessions, sleeping and water submersion (chlorine included), I have tested various methods that have effectively brightened my pieces back up! These methods are listed on the Jewellry Maintenance page.

My clicker hoop is no longer clicking, what do I do?

  • No need to worry! This is also a very quick fix that I have tested and executed many times myself. Before shipping out an order, all clicker hoops are manually tested by me to ensure all of their mechanisms work correctly and effectively. Misaligning the clicker post and clasp and applying intense pressure on the post when attempting to put in the earring can cause the post to bend and no longer align with the clasp. Therefore, you will no longer get that "click" noise to secure your earring. If this occurs, please go to the Jewellry Maintenance page to read about your quick fix!

Each piece is handmade with the utmost amount of love specifically for each order. After purchasing, there will be no returns accepted.
